Returns:
- Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging for eligibility consideration.
- Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to special orders, perishable goods, intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, gift cards, downloadable software, and select health and personal care items.
- A receipt or proof of purchase and postal collection documentation are required for returns.
- Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds:
There are situations where only partial refunds may be granted:
- Items are in their original condition, undamaged, or not missing parts or items due to our error.
- Items returned more than 7 days after delivery.
Refunds:
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a specified timeframe.
Delayed or Missing Refunds: If your refund is delayed, check your bank account, contact your credit card company, and then your bank. If you've done all this and still haven't received your approved and notified refund, please contact us at info@firstaidtrainingbangkok.com.
Sale Items:
Only sale items are eligible for refund consideration.
Exchanges:
We replace items only if they are defective in material or workmanship. For exchange consideration, email us at info@firstaidtrainingbangkok.com before sending us your item.
Training Services:
- Cancellations can be made up to 15 days before the course starts for a full refund or transfer.
- No refunds for cancellations made within 15 days of the training date.
- Cancellations less than 12 working days before the course can be moved to another date.
- Participant substitutions are allowed with prior notification.
- We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel courses with prior notification. Affected participants or organizations can get a full refund or move to another course.
- Medical certificates or proof of extreme personal hardship may allow for date transfers at our discretion.
- Only registered and paid participants can attend individual bookings.
- No audio/visual recordings are permitted without prior written consent
- For group bookings, please adhere to the participant count agreed upon in the quotation.
